One Direction and Chlamydia in the news

Various reports have emerged speculating that some of One Direction members Niall Horan, Zayn Malik, Liam Payne, Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson might have contracted chlamydia from the koalas they held during a visit to an animal sanctuary in Brisbane.

We can’t comment on whether the 1 Direction Chlamydia stories are true or not, of course but we can tell you that Chlamydia is a common bacterial sexually transmitted infection affecting around 1 in 10 young men and women that can cause serious health problems if left untreated.
